Terms and Conditions

These conditions aim to define the General Terms and Conditions of Sale between Ayala RS and the User, from the act of purchase to the various services provided, including payment methods and order delivery conditions.

The User can place their order online through the Ayala RS website. To complete the order, personal data such as name, email, address, and telephone contact will be requested. The User must ensure that the provided data is correct and complete.

By making a purchase, the User fully accepts these Terms and Conditions, as well as the prices and product descriptions.

In case of product unavailability, Ayala RS undertakes to inform the customer and refund the amount paid or provide credit for future purchase.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and external factors (holidays, carriers, among others).

Ayala RS is not responsible for delays attributable to carriers or external circumstances.

For international shipments, customs or import fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Ayala RS offers different secure payment methods:

In the case of Multibanco Reference payment, the customer must make the payment within the period indicated at the time of purchase, otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled.

Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.

All payments are processed through secure and encrypted systems.

All prices presented are in euros (€) and include VAT at the legal rate in force.

Ayala RS reserves the right to change prices and information without prior notice.

The customer has 14 days after receiving the order to request an exchange or return.

For returns to be accepted:

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the customer.

The costs of returning the order are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective item or shipping error.

In case of payment with Klarna or Scalapay, the refund will follow the procedures defined by these entities.

Subscribing to the newsletter allows the user to receive information about news, campaigns, and promotions.

The user can unsubscribe at any time.

All content on the website is the property of Ayala RS and cannot be used without authorization.
